When Brandon was young he would often exercise his entrepreneurial spirit by selling snacks to his friends at school lunch, or finding ways to earn income mowing lawns or working on farms during the summer. This perseverance of never looking back has propelled Brandon to become the 8th highest producing realtor in The Mohawk Valley in just two short years of practicing Real Estate. His Mantra is best explained by two words; Opportunity and Poverty. Growing up in a family where money was stretched from paycheck to paycheck it helped Brandon to understand financial literacy as well as the importance of taking any opportunity thrown your way. As Brandon says, his Grandfather taught him the most important phrase he has known to date; Do what you say you’re going to do and the business will always continue coming. Brandon now serves as President of The Mosher Team at River Hills Properties LLC.; amassing a team of four individuals with growth in just one short year.
Beginning back to Brandons’ High School days he knew he wanted to follow a career path that would provide him no cap on either earning or opportunity. The best part of real estate is what you put in will ultimately be what you get out. After Graduating from Little Falls High School, Brandon attend Herkimer County Community College for one year before Transferring to Syracuse University and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Upon Graduation, Brandon obtained a B.S. Dual Major in Both Finance & Real Estate. Brandon always states the most beneficial part of Syracuse University was understanding truly what managing a business and being a leader are. This has transitioned well into the growth of his business Selling more than 120 properties in his first two years of real estate.

A bit about me. I am a Recent Le Moyne College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Over a years experience working with a general appraiser throughout New York State. Soon after my college education I got my license in order to pursue my dreams. I was raised in the Mohawk Valley since childhood and have become knowledgeable about the area. Through my upbringing I developed a desire towards staying educated about the rich history surrounding the valley.
